Reviews and Ratings
I had a great time at the hotel overall. The rooms felt more like cabins than traditional hotel rooms, offering a unique charm and were quiet and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable. However, the location was a bit far from town and many attractions, and the dining options could definitely use improvement, especially if you have kids. The price was reasonable, but I expected a bit more variety in the breakfast selection.
The hotel has a fantastic location close to major attractions, but the rooms feel a bit worn out and don't quite match the standards set by the lobby and pool area. Customer service was helpful and friendly, but communication can be a challenge. Dining options were limited and not very tasty, which was a letdown. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially given the convenient location.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the location is great, especially for visiting the falls, and the rooms are really clean and comfortable. On the other hand, I didn’t find the dining options to be satisfactory, and the noise from the lobby was a bit distracting. Overall, it offers good value for money but could use some improvements in a few areas.
The hotel is in a decent location, fairly close to the Iguazu Falls National Park, which is great for sightseeing. The rooms, unfortunately, were near the lobby and quite noisy, which was really disappointing. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and offered helpful services like shuttle assistance. However, the dining experience was average and could use improvement, especially considering the overall value for money.
The hotel offers a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff, and the price was reasonable considering the services offered. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired, particularly due to cleanliness issues and the beds being uncomfortable. The location is not ideal as it's quite far from the city and restaurants, and dining options could use some improvement.
